Agreement Between You and 772bd

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on 772bd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 772bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any pending withdrawals and confiscate balances across all accounts.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and must keep your account information up to date thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number and any payment method details used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your mobile number and password. 772bd will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 772bd support immediately via live chat.
772bd reserves the right to decline a registration application or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that eligibility requirements are not met, where it believes the account is being used for fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would violate applicable law or these Terms.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms
772bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all financial activity on your 772bd account.
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 772bd reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large deposits.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation of payment by the payment provider. Processing delays caused by the payment provider's own network are outside 772bd's control.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes specified in the cashier section of the platform at the time of the request.
- Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing, including requests for copies of government-issued identification. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure applicable to all players.
- All deposits made to 772bd are for the purpose of gaming entertainment only. Deposited funds may not be used for any purpose other than placing bets and participating in casino games on the platform. 772bd does not function as a bank or financial service provider.
- 772bd reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the transaction is identified as potentially fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
772bd offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports betting promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general rules, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.
Claiming a bonus offer constitutes your acceptance of all applicable bonus terms. If you do not wish to be subject to wagering requirements, you should decline the bonus before making any deposit or bet associated with that offer. Once a bonus has been credited to your account and a qualifying deposit or bet has been made, the wagering requirement cannot be waived.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. 772bd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify the terms of an ongoing promotion or disqualify a player from a promotion at any time if it suspects abuse or if the player is found to be ineligible. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, use of multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are valid only on the game(s) specified in the offer terms and must be used within the validity period stated. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual offer. Free spins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
Rules of Play
By participating in any game available on 772bd — including slots, live casino games, crash games, fish shooting games, sports betting and all other game types — you accept the specific game rules applicable to each game. The following general rules of play apply to all games on the platform.
- All game outcomes on 772bd are final once confirmed by the platform. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with customer support within 7 days of the disputed event. Claims raised outside this window will not be considered.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error or display error — 772bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the true outcome as recorded by the server logs shall prevail.
- Sports betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. 772bd reserves the right to suspend a market, void a bet or amend odds before settlement where it determines that a market has been offered in error, where an event is abandoned, or where there is clear evidence of irregular betting patterns that suggest market manipulation.
- The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and a permanent ban from the platform.
- 772bd is not responsible for errors made by a player in placing a bet, including selecting the wrong game, wrong stake amount, wrong outcome or wrong market. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
- Where 772bd identifies collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games, coordinated betting to exploit a promotion, or sharing account access — all involved accounts will be suspended pending investigation. 772bd's determination in such cases is final.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
772bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination
772bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive; 772bd may take action in other circumstances where it determines that such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, protect other players or comply with applicable obligations.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus abuse.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks or any activity that 772bd reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the age eligibility requirement of 21 years or older, or that the account holder has provided false identity documentation.
- Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or third-party software to gain an advantage over the platform, manipulate game outcomes or circumvent platform security measures.
- At the request of the account holder, where a player exercises their right to close their own account voluntarily. In this case, any balance remaining after settlement of open bets will be paid out to the originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property & Permitted Platform Use
All content on the 772bd platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, software and code — is the intellectual property of 772bd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 772bd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 772bd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform, the accuracy of any information displayed on the platform, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
Privacy & Data Protection
772bd collects, stores and processes personal data provided by players in connection with their use of the platform.
